Services
Soft Washing
We use a process called soft washing for all vinyl siding, aluminum siding, wood, painted surfaces, and stucco surfaces. Rather than relying on mechanical force as used with traditional pressure washers; soft washing uses safe, biodegradable chemicals and low pressure to kill algae, mold, mildew, and moss completely without the possible damage associated with high pressure.
Power Washing
Pressure washing – Some jobs work best with traditional high pressure power washers. We are trained to know when it’s appropriate and safe to use high pressure and will discuss any concerns with our customers prior to beginning any project. Concrete, stone, pavement, and blocks as commonly used in paver patios and walkways are all candidates for pressure washing. We use a variety of wand tips as well as the use of a surface cleaner to handle jobs of any size or type.
Roof Washing
Roof Cleaning – Algae, which is the black streaks commonly mistaken for mold or mildew, and green moss buildup on your roof not only reduces the curb appeal of your home, but can also cause damage to your singles and shorten your roofs life. High pressure power washing will reduce the lifespan of your roof, and is not recommended. We use low pressure with biodegradable chemicals to neutralize the spores and clean your roof safely as recommended by ARMA and asphalt single manufacturers.
